WIE Northrop Grumman Tour
Women in Engineering (WIE) will be touring the Northrop Grumman plant in Rolling Meadows over Fall Break! This is a great opportunity to network with an employer looking to hire you! A few of the students who attended last year will be working for Northrop this summer!
The tour will take place on November 21st from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM at the Rolling Meadows Plant (600 S. Hicks Rd, Rolling Meadows, IL 60008). This is over fall break, so you have the perfect opportunity to attend! The dress code is business casual. Please note that you must be a U.S. Citizen to attend this tour. Those already in the Chicagoland area for fall break can meet us there or we will be taking a vehicle from Champaign.
Lunch will be provided as well as tour of their production facility and a panel discussion with current engineers including University of Illinois grads that are part of their Professional Development Program (PDP). Please RSVP for this event here by Wednesday, November 16th at noon.
One Important Note: Please only sign up if you are 100% sure you will attend this event. You will not be able to cancel once we have submitted the list of students attending to Northrop Grumman on Wednesday afternoon as they will be planning all the details of our visit including security clearance into their facility.
